How to become an Islamic Funeral Director

1. Be an 'Islamic Funeral Practitioner' first, until you have master the trade. ie a) The body bath, b) The shroud(kafan), c) The prayer(solat), and d) The burial (optional).
2. Get yourself a recognised course on Islamic Funeral Undertaking.
3. Have years of experiences in 'Islamic Funeral Undertaking', be knowledgeable, and have community exposures.
4. Be familiar with your area of operation.
5. You must have guts, ideas and be independent.
6. Maintain a good relationship with your community and the mosque.
7. Knowledge on administrative and financial management.
